A short note on the effect of rhizobial Inoculation on the yield of soybean on a lateritic latosol

 Abstract
 
Pot experiments with soybean, variety Wakashima showed that inoculation with Rhi - zobium japonicum had substantial eftects on yield. Nitrogen fixed by inoculated Glycine max. (var. Wakashima) was computed to be of the order of 124 lbs/acre/year.
